Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Reza88 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "Reza88") governing your access to and use of the Reza88 website located at reza88.cam and all associated products and services, including online casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, promotional offers, and account management facilities.

By creating an account on Reza88, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

Reza88 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We recommend reviewing this page periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on Reza88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. Reza88 strictly prohibits use of the Platform by individuals under 21. This age requirement applies to all account activities including registration, deposits, wagering, and withdrawals.
2. You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, or other legal entities may not register accounts.
3. You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of Reza88, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You must not have previously had an Account closed or suspended by Reza88 for violation of these Terms.
6. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
7. Your use of the Platform must comply with the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. Players are solely responsible for ensuring their use of Reza88 is lawful in their location.

Reza88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension, reversal of pending withdrawals, or permanent closure of the Account.

Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the Reza88 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian identification or passport number, residential address, contact number, and a valid email address. You undertake to keep this information current and to notify Reza88 promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Reza88 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Reza88 reserves the right to carry out enhanced KYC verification at any stage of the account lifecycle. This may include requesting a copy of your MyKad or passport, a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address, and proof of the payment method used to make deposits.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All monetary transactions on Reza88 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Reza88 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following channels: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT (TRC-20).

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: RM30 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your Account in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Reza88 does not impose a deposit processing fee. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM50 per request.
• Maximum daily withdrawal limit: RM50,000.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit wherever operationally possible.
• Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal request will be processed.
• Reza88 targets a processing time of under five (5) minutes for standard withdrawal requests. Complex or flagged requests may require additional review and may take up to 24 hours.
• Reza88 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity and proof of payment method.

Bonuses & Promotions

Reza88 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and VIP tier benefits. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion.

• Bonuses are credited in the form of Bonus Funds and are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become withdrawable as real money.
• A Player may only participate in any single promotion once unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Reza88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• Misuse of bonus offers, including the use of low-risk or hedged betting strategies designed to exploit wagering requirements, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and related winnings.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus terms, Reza88's interpretation of the applicable promotion terms shall be final.
• Bonuses not claimed within the period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire automatically.

Wagering Rules

The following rules apply to all wagers placed on the Reza88 Platform across all game categories, including slots, live casino, sports betting, and lottery products.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Reza88 will not reverse or cancel a confirmed wager except where a technical error or manifest error in odds has occurred.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds, prices, or payout calculations, Reza88 reserves the right to void the affected wagers and refund the original stake.
• Reza88 is not liable for any losses incurred due to a Player's failure to understand the rules or payout structure of any game or betting market.
• Players are responsible for ensuring their wagers comply with any applicable minimum and maximum bet limits displayed on the game or betting interface.
• For sports betting markets, results are determined based on official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. In-play betting decisions are final once the market is settled.
• In the case of a game or betting market being suspended or abandoned, Reza88's settlement decisions will be guided by standard industry practice and shall be final.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Reza88 Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether under your own identity or a fabricated identity.
• Fraud and identity misrepresentation: Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, share information in real-time poker play, or engage in any form of organised cheating.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated software to place wagers or interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploitation of software errors: Knowingly exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in Platform software to obtain an unfair advantage. Players who identify errors are required to report them to support immediately.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform for any money laundering, structuring, or financial crime purpose.
• Third-party account use: Allowing any other person to access, operate, or wager through your Account, or operating an Account on behalf of a third party.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback with your bank or payment provider for deposits legitimately processed by Reza88.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Reza88 Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game assets, graphics, text, software interfaces, and promotional materials, is the exclusive property of Reza88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of Reza88.

Unauthorised use of Reza88's intellectual property will be pursued vigorously through all available legal remedies.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reza88 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with:

• Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance;
• Interruption, delay, or failure of any third-party payment processing infrastructure;
• Force majeure events including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures;
• Any losses arising from a Player's own gambling decisions, whether made in reliance on Platform content or otherwise;
• Unauthorised access to a Player's Account where such access results from the Player's own failure to secure their credentials.

Reza88's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any dispute shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their Account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Responsible Gambling

Reza88 is committed to supporting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that gambling, while a legitimate form of entertainment for the majority of our Players, can become harmful for some individuals. This Platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all Reza88 Account holders at no charge:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your Account.
• Session time reminders: Configurable alerts that notify you when you have been active on the Platform for a specified duration.
• Cool-off periods: Temporary suspension of your Account for a period of your choosing.
• Self-exclusion: Permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform, processed upon request through our support team.

Account Closure

Voluntary closure: Players may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting the Reza88 support team via live chat or email. Any eligible real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your nominated payment method, subject to KYC requirements and these Terms.

Involuntary closure: Reza88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity;
• Reza88 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the Player does not meet the eligibility requirements;
• Reza88 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory direction, or court order.

In cases of involuntary closure resulting from a material breach of these Terms, Reza88 reserves the right to forfeit all Account balances, including deposited real-money funds and Bonus Funds.

Amendments to These Terms

Reza88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where an amendment materially affects Players' rights or obligations, Reza88 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via a notification on the Platform or by email to the address associated with your Account.

If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.

In the event of a dispute between you and Reza88, you agree to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. Reza88 will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within ten (10) business days of receiving written notification.

If informal resolution is not achieved, both parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration before resorting to litigation, unless prohibited by applicable law. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
